Step by step
While every project is unique, the underlying workflows often share common structures. This allows me to execute your project efficiently and successfully. My approach is based on the Design Thinking process—an iterative workflow designed to tailor products precisely to the target audience and specific objectives.
Whether it’s flyers, brochures, explainer videos, or any other idea, this process has proven effective time and again:
Phase 1 - Empathy
Getting to know the project
Let’s start with an open conversation: Who are you, what do you stand for, and what do you offer? And who are the people that should benefit from your offering? If the term “target audience” is new to you, don’t worry—we’ll figure it out together!
Phase 2 - Definition
Gathering Infos
What vision do you have for your next project? Whether you already have concrete ideas or your concept is still taking shape, together we’ll discover the best way to showcase your service or product.
Phase 3
Milestone: Infos
We document everything we agree on, creating a solid foundation for the work ahead. This includes determining the necessary texts and images, as well as outlining the delivery process.
Phase 4 - Generating ideas
Creating drafts
As long as your project isn’t just a one-page flyer, I’ll develop initial drafts so you can get a clear picture of how your final project might look.
Phase 5 - Definition
Feedback
I love feedback. Let’s discuss what works, what doesn’t, what might be unclear, what really stands out, and address any final questions or ideas.
Phase 6
Milestone: Design
Once the designs, texts, and images are in place, things get serious.
Phase 7 - Creating the design
Implementation
Using the drafts and your feedback, we bring your project’s design to life!
Phase 8
Revisions
No project is without its revisions. Sometimes it’s an image that needs replacing, sometimes a text that needs rewording, or even just a missing punctuation mark. No problem at all—up to two rounds of revisions are included.
Phase 9 - Tests & Application
Launch
Launch
Your project is then ready to launch! Print files are sent to the printer and arrive a few days later, while digital files are formatted for the appropriate platforms and delivered to you.
